Screen Printing Textiles

This fun weekend course covers the whole screen print process – preparing images, making screens using the photo-exposure processes, and printing using water-based, washable inks. You can choose to print repeat images onto lengths of fabric to take away with you to make a bespoke textile item, or to print your design onto t-shirts and tote bags. (Plain calico fabric, 2 plain white t-shirts and 2 calico tote bags are included in the course cost, and extra are available to purchase on the day in a range of men’s and women’s sizes).

Karen is printmaker/maker who previously worked in television, theater and the fashion industry. She now works from her studio exploring different printing medium and exhibits locally.
