Printmaker's Toolkit session 'Linocut: Inspiration from Nature'

We have a couple of places left on our 'Printmaker's Toolkit session 'Inspiration from Nature' with member Mike Smith down in our print room!

Mike Smith will be demonstrating how he creates his beautiful, intricate, colourful reduction linocut prints, inspired by the natural world.

“Never without sketch book or camera, my print work is always developed from my own drawn or photographic observations. Although not exclusively so, I use a ‘reduction’ process that employs up to ten different colour printing stages but only one printing block.”
