This taster session will introduce you to the technique of linocut, a form of ‘relief’ or ‘block’ printing, where a lino block is cut into using specialist tools or ‘gouges’, and a print is taken from the surface.

Learners will be guided through the process of cutting, inking and printing a lino block, using specialist tools, inks, and our large Imperial platen press.
