THE FIRST EVER ONE DAY WRITING FESTIVAL WILL BE HAPPENING IN TOTNES ON
SATURDAY 21st SEPTEMBER
Write Now Totnes! will be welcoming people of all ages and experience to the first one day writing festival ever to be held in the Mansion at Totnes on Saturday 21st September 2019.
Whether you have never had the courage to put pen to paper before or have been flexing your creative muscle for some time there will be something for everyone. Our writers and poets will be there to encourage you, teach you and inspire you to let your thoughts and ideas spill out onto paper, written on walls or be tapped into your tablet. But, if you just want to learn something new, soak up the atmosphere, browse the exhibition space and listen to some amazing story tellers and poets then you can do that too.
At the end of the day, there’ll be an open mic session where you can share anything you have created and a poetry slam competition which you can join in with or just watch, listen and admire!
