INTERWOVEN - Crochet with T-Shirt yarn workshop

Got a t-shirt that’s past its best? We all have tees with a stain that won’t come out, or too many holes from the wash. But rather than throwing them away, we’ve found a solution to reuse them instead!

Thread Republic and Creative Seams have teamed up for this inspiring upcycling session, in which Holly and Iqra will show you how to turn an old t-shirt into a new ball of yarn. You’ll learn some basic crochet stitches to use the yarn to make a simple granny square, which will become part of a community wallhanging to be displayed at the INTERWOVEN exhibition.

All materials provided. Some crochet experience would be beneficial, but not essential. Suitable for over 16’s.

This workshop is FREE, but you do need to BOOK.
