Exploring the use of unconventional, found and recycled materials within the realm of sculpture; ‘Nature’s law’ depicts the relationship between material and construction, portraying the fundamental tension amidst the fragility and balance of the piece. This series of work utilises the ideology of changing a subject’s purpose or function, playing on the method of recycling materials in a very literal sense, whilst investigating the natural decay of a decrepit structure.
