Novelist and columnist Nikesh Shukla is host of the Subaltern podcast. His debut novel, Coconut Unlimited was shortlisted for the Costa First Novel Award 2010. He is editor of The Good Immigrant, a showcase for black, asian and minority ethnic writers.
