Musical feast at lunchtime

Some of the most gifted teenage musicians in the UK will be displaying their talents at a lunchtime recital in Rickmansworth on Wednesday, December 7.

The one-hour concert is being given by students from the Purcell School in Bushey, the country's oldest specialist music school. The school is a world-class centre of excellence that has produced three recent winners of the BBC Young Musician competition.

The concert – the eighth that the school has given for Three Rivers Music Society -- will be held in the Baptist Church, High Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1EH and will begin at 1pm. Tickets £6 at the door. Reduced price for TRMS members. Free entry for under-25s.
