Celebrate late autumn with all thing apple. Start by visiting the apple orchards on the Dartington Estate to collect, clean and press into juice. From there you will learn about what is needed to preserve the juice or to transform into cider or vinegar. You will discover other things to do with apples, from drying apple rings to scrummy apple cakes.

This course includes a simple lunch and cider.
