Workshop: Designing the Customer Experience

Businesses are increasingly looking to design their brand experience not just their websites. So what does this mean?
The Engine Room will talk and walk you through a series of design thinking tools that will help you think about how you bring your brand to life through the eyes of your customers, making sure you place them right at the heart of what you do and how you do it.
We will cover:
- designing the customer experience
- mapping the customer journey
- making sure you match customer expectation with customer experience
- how to turn all of the above into something usable and practical

This 3-hour workshop will be fast-paced, visual and interactive. It will be led by Darren Evans and Lesley Gulliver from multi-award winning strategic design company: The Engine Room.
