Temporary Contemporary Happening 14 June
Join us for our monthly Temporary Contemporary Happening event on Friday 14 June, 5 - 7.30pm in Queensgate Market. Take a look at the latest photography exhibition in the gallery and browse the textiles artists exhibiting as part of the WOVEN festival.

Part of WOVEN - Chris Squire from Impossible Arts will be talking to the Director of Ripping Yarns, Alistair Macdonald and special guests. This talk is free but with limited seating you need to book your seat at http://bit.ly/RippingYarnsTalk.
Participation

Parlour will be providing a welcoming space for social and conversation during Temporary Contemporary and you can see what's been created as part of Sharing Swatches https://woveninkirklees.co.uk/event/sharing-swatches.
During WOVEN, artists and makers are exhibiting in vacant stalls in the Market. Artists showcasing work are: Jonathon Beaver; Christine Cheseldine; Assunta Miles; Lauren Riley, Tabassum Ahmed and, Lucian Li ; Sally Delves; Lucie MacGregor. You can also take part in a workshop with one of the WOVEN artists - Lucie MacGregor during the evening.
All welcome - Entrance via Princess Street or Peel Street. The Wrapik food stall will be open for the evening to purchase food.
