Summer Filmmaking Workshops in St Albans

St Albans Film Festival brings their exciting filmmaking workshops to The Maltings Arts Theatre this Summer!

FilmMaker Boot Camp (Ages 8-16)
29th July – 2nd Aug £150 for the 5 day course.
Make a Mini Movie in Just One week! As a group we will make films covering your favourite genres from Superheroes, Comedy, Western, Sci-fi, Drama or maybe even a Zombie movie. Rounded off with a world premiere screening for family and friends, this workshop is a brilliant introduction to the world of filmmaking

Animation Boot Camp (Ages 8-16)
27th - 30th Aug £120 for the 4 day week.
Make your own original shorts in our Animation Boot camp! Try your hand at stop-motion animation, and even animate yourself!

END OF WEEK SCREENING FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS IN THE THEATRE!
FUN PACKED FILMMAKING WORKSHOPS

ENTHUSIASTIC, EXPERIENCED AND FULLY CRB CHECKED WORKSHOP LEADERS
PERSONALISED FILMMAKING CERTIFICATE

COURSE INFORMATION
All course days are 10am – 3pm. Early off available from 9am and late pick up available till 6pm @ £6 per hour per child. Late pick up will include a movie and refreshments (provided by us). Participants to bring a packed lunch.
