Flush was made in spring 2014. It is made from polyester resin and mild steel. It's form has no particular reference, it has developed purely from my imagination and re-occuring interest in abstract arc and circular shapes. It is interactive, and relies on a manual input from the viewer by pumping a lever several times. This creates a cycle of water through the sculpture. It was made for an exhibition at Buckfast Abbey.
