Available mid Feb / early March 2016. The hubs are ideal for creative businesses or businesses that would benefit from the creative environment. Only a few minutes from the train station, town centre location in a state of the art building. Easy travelling distance to Exeter and Plymouth via A380 / A38 and M5 and airport only 30 minutes away.

The offices will be provided with Wi-Fi capability, phone points, electric sockets, newly decorated and carpeted. Power and heat is included in the price. Wi-Fi and phone will be billed separately. There will be a kitchenette available for use by the tenants.
