New Picture House Opens for New Season of Films
The New Picture House returns in just a few short weeks with a new selection of brilliant films, all screened right here in Dewsbury town centre.
The Sunday evening Dewsbury Film Club is back, exploring classic, British, foreign language and art-house cinema.
Patron membership for early-birds and renewals remains just £20, covering admission to all nine Sunday night films at a rate of just £2.22 per film!
Tickets on the door will remain £4 (£3 concession).
Memberships are available via eventbrite, or can be purchased on the door up until the 24th April.
The Friday Night Lights strand will also continue with the very best recent mainstream cinema. Mark Rylance stars in Bridge of Spies in April, followed by the latest Star Wars installment in May and The Hateful Eight (Quentin Tarantino) in June. Let us know your nominations for screenings between July and December.
As a not-for-profit volunteer-run community cinema, our membership is essential to the future of the New Picture House. It's only thanks to your ongoing support that there continues to be a cinema in Dewsbury.
We look forward to seeing you in 2016.
