EXHALE: Expressive Art Sessions

Join us for a relaxing and creative evening of conversation, expressive art and laughter. This in-person event is perfect for those looking to unwind, socialize, and explore their artistic side.
Begin with 30 minutes of art for laughter.
Chat about art and wellbeing from different world cultures.
Chill, create and exhale
Each session will begin with 30 minutes of art for fun aimed at engaging you in laughter. After a refreshment break you will able to create your piece following a theme, if you like to. The sessions offer an opportunity to exhale, reflect and chill while you paint, draw or doodle. There will also be an opportunity at the end to "show and tell" if you wish and to chat and socialize.
These sessions will be facilitated by Ekky Archibong, Creative Projects Specialist and Artist who will guide and set the atmosphere for a relaxing evening. Ekky will bring a taste of world heritage through the refreshments and themes, which makes this a unique opportunity to feel, smell, touch and be inspired by culture.
Session fee: £10 per session includes materials and multi cultural refreshments. No experience needed.
