The popular 'Breathworks' Course in 4 days
With this course you have access to effective mindfulness strategies to help you deal with the complexity and pace of modern life, within a supportive and friendly group setting. Here you are introduced to ways for reducing stress and anxiety, to become more resilient, calmer and motivated.
Open to anyone who is experiencing stress of any kind be related to work, relationship, loss or other factors outside their control. Also suitable for people who are living with ongoing low mood, anxiety or mild depression, for those who are new to mindfulness and those who would like to revive their practice and skills, having attended a similar course in the past
The course is delivered in 4 fortnightly Saturday classes (21/10-4/11-18/11 & 3/12 (11.00 am – 4.30 pm), designed specifically for people who work during the week and prefer attending it on Saturdays rather than during 8 mid-week sessions. Also for people who live within 40 miles radius of Totnes as it starts late in the morning to allow time for travel.
