Join us and find out how the popular, tried and tested, Mindfulness course can help you to Manage stress and Enhance the Quality
These interactive and experiential two hours sessions (10.00 am - 12.00 pm) offer a comprehensive introduction to the Breathworks mindfulness approach to health and well-being for people living with Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Illness. They are also suitable for people who would like to find out more about mindfulness.
If you are considering attending a 4 days Mindfulness for Stress/Pain Management course (starting at Dartington Space, Dartington Estate, Totnes on 21 October 2017) based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Vidymala Burch for personal or professional development, these sessions offer an engaging first taste to these approaches.
