Mind in Mid Herts is an innovative and experienced mental health provider. We are aware everyone's needs are different and we work in a person centred way to make sure everyone's mental health is supported.
Mind in Mid Herts' new Creative Minds project offers people from across Hertfordshire a chance to learn new artistic skills and improve their mental wellbeing. There are four courses offered as part of the Creative Minds - poetry, mindful photography, pottery and drama - each run by qualified teachers in Stevenage. The courses are free to attend, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, and offer a relaxed and playful environment for individuals to explore self-expression and build their confidence.
In addition we offer mental health awareness training to partner organisations.
