Kathleen Gaspoz started playing Cornet at the age of eight in her hometown band in a little village in the Swiss Alps. She went on to become Principal Cornet in the National Youth Brass Band of Switzerland from 2012-2015, and in April 2017 became Brighouse and Rastrick’s first female Principal Cornet.
