A University brief where I was given the poet Stevie Smith and asked to set a poem of my choice expressively. I chose Conviction IV - the most cheerful of her poems! I set the whole poem inside the brackets as a sort of typographic hug, and used italics and the colour blue to emphasise certain words. I printed it on ripped printer paper - I wanted something tactile and full of texture.
