Join us on an empowering storywalk celebrating Votes for Women. Discover more about the people who risked so much to fight for the right to vote. Inspired by “Suffragette” by David Roberts, shortlisted for the Greenaway prize.
Meet by the bowling green for stories before marching together then split up to explore and find the hidden suffragettes. Complete the trail and collect your suffragette badge.
Recommended for age 6+ because the walk is a little longer, the reading is more challenging and the activities are designed to give the children more independence.
Please note that although children must be accompanied by an adult, you only need to book a place for children.
