Taster of world premiere at Huddersfield Town Hall this week

This Thursday, 7 October at 7.30 pm, Opera North’s Principal Guest Conductor Antony Hermus leads the world premiere of Gresley, a Concerto for Bass Trombone and Orchestra by acclaimed British composer Benjamin Ellin.

"The main issue with concerti for brass instruments is stamina — playing a 20-minute piece is a really big deal!"
