The Willis Tuba stars in Norman Cocker’s much-loved Tuba Tune before several transcriptions: Bach’s monumental Chaconne sits alongside famed orchestral works by Fauré and Saint-Saëns. Ghislaine Reece-Trapp’s beautiful In Paradisum provides calm before Bonnet’s dazzling Variations de concert.
