JJ's Annual Music Gig - Market Stalls

JJ's Arts Academy in Newton Abbot is holding its Annual Music Gig at Newton Abbot Racecourse on Sunday 7th June.

This year the gig will not only have over 4 hours of none stop music but also a festival market area as well.

We are looking for local businesses that would like the chance to sell and advertise to a captive audience of well over 600 people.

We will provide a table measuring 6ft x 2ft 6'. There is no tarpaulin or cover provided. Traders can bring pop ups or backdrops and attach them to the table and dress the stall as they see fit.
Set up is from 11am
Festival is 1pm-4.30pm.
Only one of each type of business will be represented eg one cake business.
Traders are allowed to promote their business by giving out leaflets and are permitted to sell products
Stalls are outdoors. If it is persistent rain, stalls will be indoors.

We are expecting between 600-1000 people at this event.

Cost of the stall is £20 payable to JJ's Arts Academy BEFORE 7th June by cash, chq or card. Invoices will be raised and sent to applicants.
