Piano Teacher wanted for busy music school in Holmfirth!

WANTED for immediate start in Holmfirth – Piano Teacher.

We are looking for a friendly and knowledgable piano teacher to work with both kids and adults at JamFactory Music School in Holmfirth. We currently have approximately eight piano students waiting to continue lessons on a Monday and Thursday evening but this would likely build up to greater numbers quite quickly.

We’re looking for other enthusiastic and passionate music teachers to join us at JamFactory to provide a combination of private tuition, group activities and school sessions.

Whether you are a private teacher looking for professionally equipped premises to teach from, you’re interested in running group lessons in Music Theory, Composition, Music Recording (or anything else!), or you already run a group and would like to use a space at JamFactory, we would love to hear from you! ​

If you are interested in working with us then experience in the following fields would be necessary:

– Teaching one-to-one sessions on your instrument(s).

– Teaching larger groups (up to 30) of both children and adults.

– Teaching Music Theory.

– Utilising a wide range of teaching methods based on the specific needs of a student or group.

– Following lesson plans. ​

Other important qualities:

– Good knowledge and ability on your instrument(s).

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Organised and punctual.

– DBS Checked.

– Good understanding of Safeguarding. ​
