Movement for Memory: Stevenage

Movement for Memory classes are gentle dance based classes that are for those living with cognitive impairment or memory loss - such as those living with dementia, Parkinson's or MS.

Our Stevenage class takes place fortnightly on Wednesdays during term-time between 1.30-3pm at United Reformed Church.
