Movement for Memory: Hertford

Movement for Memory classes are gentle dance based classes that are for those living with cognitive impairment or memory loss - such as those living with dementia, Parkinson's or MS.

Our Hertford class takes place on Thursdays during term-time between 1.30-3pm at the Hertford Wellbeing Hub.
