Movement for Memory: Harpenden

Movement for Memory classes are gentle dance based classes that are for those living with cognitive impairment or memory loss - such as those living with dementia, Parkinson's or MS.

Our Harpenden class takes place on Mondays during term-time between 10.30am - 12pm at The Harpenden Trust Halls.
