Out of the Blue Temporary fixed term contract until March 31st 2019, potential extension subject to funding

Hoot Creative Arts are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and motivated worker to join their team delivering the highly successful Mental Health Creative Arts Service – Out of the Blue.

You will need to be able to facilitate participants using the Out of the Blue service to recognise, use and develop their abilities and skills; use co-production methods to enable individuals to create individual Creative Arts Plans, to collect and input key monitoring data in line with Hoot and the service commissioners evaluation needs, respond to referrals and deliver weekly Welcome Sessions to groups of potential participants, respond to the complexity of service/participant needs with sensitivity.

Salary: Currently £17,681 - £17,792, point 14 – 15 (pro rata) depending on experience
Contract: Temporary fixed term until March 31st 2019, potential for extension subject to funding.
Hours of work: 26 (3.5 days)
Hoot is based at Bates Mill, Milford Street, Huddersfield, HD1 3DX; the post may also require travel to other areas of Kirklees.
