Key Worker/Group Facilitator - Arts and Mental Health - Out of the Blue
Temporary fixed term contract for 2 years

Hoot Creative Arts are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and motivated worker to join their team delivering the highly successful Mental Health Creative Arts Service – Out of the Blue.
You will need to be able to facilitate participants using the Out of the Blue service to recognise, use and develop their abilities and skills; use co-production methods to enable individuals to create individual Creative Arts Plans, to collect and input key monitoring data in line with Hoot and the service commissioners evaluation needs, respond to referrals and deliver weekly Welcome Sessions to groups of potential participants, respond to the complexity of service/participant needs with sensitivity.

Salary: £16,231 - £16,572 pro rata (dependant of experience) Scale 3, point 14-15
+ pension contribution
Contract: Temporary fixed term 2 years.
Hours of work: 26 (3.5 days)
Hoot is based at Bates Mill, Milford Street, Huddersfield, HD1 3DX; the post may also require travel to other areas of Kirklees.
