Breathing Space Radio

A chance to create a bespoke radio programme, in Hoot’s recording studio, about you and your life story. We’ll start with an initial meeting to prepare, and follow this with a recording session in which we’ll chat about your experiences, anecdotes, favourite music, and anything else you want to include.

It’s a fantastic and free opportunity to explore your memories and chronicle the first music and records you heard.

Breathing Space offers people with dementia and their family member, partner, carer or support worker a range of creative activities. Participants can take part in weekly group sessions where they can meet people, make friends and have fun. Sessions include music and song, movement, dance and visual arts. Absolutely no previous experience is needed.
