Dad's Army

Walmington-On-Sea comes to The Boxmoor Playhouse, Hemel Hempstead this coming March as HHTheatreCo takes on that classic of all BBC TV Comedies, Dad's Army by Jimmy Perry & David Croft, on the 11th to 14th March 2020.

All your favourite characters from the Home-Guard will be starring in three different episodes: The Deadly Attachment where Captain Mainwaring and his hapless band of brothers come face to face with some real-life German U-Boat Crew; Mum's Army in which the Home Guard is bolstered by some lively ladies from the local town and The Godiva Affair in which the Walmington-on-Sea platoon decide to take on Morris dancing in order to raise some much needed funds to invest in a Spitfire.

All three episodes were first aired on the BBC in the 1970s but are still very much loved and enjoyed today.
