Hepworth Parish Church Hepworth Village

Hepworth Parish Church in the Holme Valley not only serves as a place of worship for the three villages of Jackson Bridge, Scholes and Hepworth, it is also the venue for events such as exhibitions, concerts and even a fashion show! Every December, there’s an exhibition in the church on a Christmas theme and the church is the backdrop for the annual Summer Garden Party.
The building was re-ordered in the late 1990s and now offers toilet facilities with wheelchair access, kitchen facilities as well as a small meetingroom along with the main part of the church. The church is available for hire at very reasonable rates.
The church is open daily between 10.00am-4.00pm. It has some beautiful stained glass windows including a Henry Holiday window; and there’s also a 1900 Conacher organ restored to its original condition.
