Bookings & Events Co-ordinator (PT & FT roles)
VACANCY: Bookings & Events Co-ordinator
HOURS: 1 x Full time post – 40 hours per week on a shift rota
1 x Part time post – 16 hours over 2 days on a shift rota
RATE OF PAY: £15,424 per annum (pro rata for part time post)

We are looking to recruit experienced administrators within our Hospitality Department, to co-ordinate the bookings process from enquiry to delivery to ensure the smooth operation of administration for all functions and bookings.
Proven administrative experience is essential for this role, and sales experience would be desirable. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to deal with sometimes complex issues. In addition, you will need to be highly organised, have good IT skills and have a proactive ‘can do’ approach. The ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure is also essential as is being able to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
