Shoreline and moor are principal devices, and are employed in seeking a personal vision that may take a semi-figurative or abstract form. In each piece I make I need to have discovered something new - in the subject, the process, the medium, and in myself. My time is spent equally between printmaking and painting with occasional forays into assemblage and illustration.
I also tutor painting and printmaking groups, including Press Gang Printmakers based at Salcombe
