No previous dance experience needed. Turn up in sweatpants and trainers or hotpants and heels - the choice is yours!

Learn walks, poses and a full routine (which is refreshed every 4 weeks, so no-one is ever left behind!) that has you burning calories, but more importantly loving who you are right now! Meet other awesome women and laugh along with us in the only exercise class where the only equipment needed is a smile!
