Exeter Phoenix Moving Image Commissions 2018

We are now inviting proposals for our 2018 Short Film, Micro Film and Artists Moving Image Commissions, with over £10,000 worth of support available in artist fees, training and equipment hire. There is no charge to submit proposals for any of our schemes.

Short Film Commission
TWO awards of £1500 for the development of an inspiring and ambitious 10-12 minute narrative short film, which will engage a cinema audience though concise visual storytelling. South West based filmmakers only with previous filmmaking experience.

Micro Film Commission
TWO awards of £500 for the development of an inspiring and ambitious 3 minute narrative short film, which will engage a cinema audience though concise visual storytelling. Devon based filmmakers only, no previous filmmaking experience required.

Artists Moving Image Commission
ONE award of £1000 to develop a new single screen moving image based artwork for screen, installation or online display. South West based practicing contemporary visual artists only.
