Transition Youth Theatre

The Transition Youth Theatre is a unique opportunity for young people aged 13-18 to work with professional theatre artists to express through drama, writing, music and movement your ideas about our world today.

What's it like to be alive now? What are your hopes for the future? What makes you smile? What do you fear? What might the world be like in 2030? What is your role in the bigger picture?

The Youth Theatre will work weekly with Encounters Associate Director Ben Yeger and guests to create a public performance in March 2012. Everyone involved will have a say and make a contribution to the performance.

The Transition Youth Theatre is run by Encounters in association with Transition Town Totnes.
The group will close after the first two sessions.

Venue - Dartington Space, Dartington Hall
Dates - Wednesdays 6-9pm, from 9th November 2011 to March 28th 2012
Price - £5.50 per session, £3.50 low income, includes snacks.
