Routeways and Connections
South Devon AONB and Encounters Arts, with partners, local groups and communities have a wide range of creative outdoor events on offer for you this spring. Explore what makes the Kingswear and Brixham peninsula so very special. There will be stories to tell, trails to follow, maps to write, discoveries to make and music, food, and celebration. Many of these events are free thanks to funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund
Visual artist and host Shelley Castle, is the Encounters Artist leading the Routeways and Connections project and all Encounters events will be delivered by her in collaboration with different partners and practitioners

Encounters Arts
Local volunteers from the partners involved in the Routeways and Connections project will gather together with The Old Gaffers singing group to observe the sea and sky as sun sets at Froward Point. There will be a chance to exchange stories, memories and hopes for the future of the sea over a fire during the evening.
