Empire Theatre Arts has been running two week summer schools in Harpenden and Dunstable for 11 years. Their productions have won local Show of the Year awards several times and are delighted to announce that this year's production will be Disney's most romantic fairy tale - Beauty and the Beast!

**Who will be the Belle of the Ball??**

Do you know anyone who is aged 10-19 who would like to be a part of an award winning summer school?

We are holding OPEN AUDITIONS for Empire Theatre-Arts summer show Disney's Beauty and the Beast which is coming to the Harpenden Public Halls Summer 2013 and we are looking to recruit new members to join us on our most exciting production yet – Disney’s most romantic fairy tale.
In a two week intensive summer school you will learn singing, dancing and acting skills whilst working with many other enthusiastic and talented students to put on three public performances at the end of the course.

Last year’s award winning production, West Side Story, was a complete sell out, and we are all very excited to be returning to the Harpenden Public Halls with an even bigger production.

Belle, a local girl, smart and sassy, longs for adventure. Little does she know that in a castle not so far away lives a hideous Beast looking for love and someone who can see the real him … but who could ever learn to love a beast? On this journey of love Belle meets many enchanted characters in the castle, including the popular characters from the movie Lumiere, Cogsworth and Mrs Potts.

Open Auditions are taking place on Sunday 7th July and we would love to see you there! You do not need any experience and everyone enrolled on the course is guaranteed to be in the show!
