Rebellious Sounds: A workshop with Josie Sutcliffe
Bring your untold story, rant or opinion, truth or fiction to this workshop and learn how to harness your courage, your energy and your right to speak.
Josie Sutcliffe has over thirty years experience of working in the arts, the cultural sector and in Higher Education as Head of Theatre at Dartington College of Arts. A founder member of Theatre 4 Business - Josie is a trained performance, Executive/ Leadership coach and conflict resolution facilitator. Currently Josie is Co-Artistic Director of Dreadnought South West, co-leading on the latest project; Rebellious Sounds and also Director of ‘The Orchard’, a new play by Natalie McGrath.

Workshop on writing dramatic monologues with playwright Natalie McGrath of Dreadnought SW. This is a chance to learn how to craft the singular, yet multi-vocal voice for stage performance.
Natalie McGrath is Co-Artistic Director of Dreadnought South West, Project leader for We'll Meet In Moscow, and an Artistic Associate of the Bikeshed Theatre, Exeter. As a playwright she has been produced by Dreadnought South West (Oxygen), Bristol Old Vic (Coasting), Brewhouse Theatre, Taunton (Rift), Box of Tricks NWxSW Tour (Exodus), Paines Plough (Scottish Kiss), Short Fuses at Bristol Old Vic (Scottish Kiss), and her first play ‘Metal Remains’ produced by Theatre West was shortlisted for the 2009 Meyer Whitworth Prize at the National Theatre.
