I am a Tamalpa Practitioner living in Totnes. Tamalpa is an internationally recognised expressive arts institute based in Bay Area San Francisco. Tamalpa is movement-based but also uses visual arts, dance, theatre and creative language in a multi-modal approach which can be applied either for therapy or, more simply, in support of physical, emotional and mental well-being, generating enhanced creativity, vitality and a sense of play.

I teach classes in Movement/Dance and organise workshops for teachers visiting Devon.

My current enthusiasm is for physical theatre (movement based improvisation) using voice and text.
