then into a free sound and movement 'jam'

Be held by exquisite alive presence music and an unfolding of resonant movement as we co-create a transformational space Spontaneous, unknown, free. Receive nourishment arising from the resonance and presence of the aliveness of the moment, in a heartful creative, nurturing space

We will go on a deep exploration of what arises naturally in the space and in each participant, to discover and create MovingSound ‘stories’ and ‘conversations’ using sound, ( instruments and toning) movement and witnessing

All are welcome - you do not need to be a musician, or a dancer to take part; Lots of all kinds of lovely instruments provided

Cost: small donation towards costs £3 - £6

NB : Sauna, and shared meal not possible this month
