Thursday 8th December
2.30pm networking tea coffee and biscuits
3pm meeting starts
You will then be invited to join us for a mulled wine at the launch of out Enchanted Grotto in the Kitchen Gallery from 4.30pm
Is this meeting for you?
I care about developing arts and culture in Torbay
I run/mange/own a venue in the bay
I like mince pies and a hot cup of tea and/or mulled wine
If you have answered ‘YES’ to at least two of the above then drop us an email
What will happen?
We will have a breakdown of all the audiences who have visited the arts events in Torbay over the last 3 years. (Gormley, Hirst and Summer of Art 2011 at Torquay Museum, Torre Abbey and Cockington)
This event will provide you with valuable statistics and information about audiences you could be targeting in these difficult times.
WHO ARE THEY? WHERE ARE THEY? HOW DO YOU REACH THEM?
This information can also aide you in making thorough funding applications
The second half of the meeting will also give us the opportunity to have a half hour conversation around the wider strategic objectives of the arts/culture development in Torbay.
We want your input into the helping us shape the future for arts and culture in the bay. Over the next 4 months we will be hosting a series of similar events providing training and information using guest speakers, as well as a platform for this cultural conversation to take place.
