NOW RECRUITING: ASSOCIATE PRODUCER: FESTIVALS AND EVENTS

Freelance Contract from September 18 – June 19
Approx. 6 days per month minimum
Fee: £15k

We are looking for an Associate Producer to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of festivals in North Kirklees including Batley Festival, HeckmondLIGHT and The Togethering.

The role requires energy, initiative, strong organisational & interpersonal skills.

The Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in:

Managing outdoor arts events
Working with volunteers, ideally as programmers, commissioners or event organisers
Partnership working and stakeholder development
Successful fundraising activity particularly with ACE
Developing training opportunities
