Creative Scene and BSYTC present a Summer School like no other!

Batley & Spen Youth Theatre Company Summer School

Sessions will be every Tuesday, 7-8.30pm via Zoom

Creative Scene have partnered with Batley & Spen Youth Theatre Company to bring you a summer school like no other!

BSYTC is the brilliant youth theatre company that came into being to commemorate the life of Jo Cox MP, and which brought a West End quality production of Les Misérables to Batley in 2017.

Summer School will be a unique opportunity to join a group of young people exploring all aspects of the performing arts and musical theatre.

Industry Q & A (including Production Careers).

Led by experienced professional tutors, you can learn about performance techniques as well as back stage and production.

You can choose from a range of activities - you don’t need to be available for all classes, just sign up to the ones you're interested in - why not try something new?

All classes will be held on a password protected Zoom session and recorded for safeguarding purposes and will be hosted by a professional youth arts worker. You will be sent an invitation link prior to the session and must complete and return a consent form.
