Playtime Artists, Travelling Light Theatre Co

We’d like to invite Artists from all over Bristol to join us in exciting weekend of workshops called Playtime.

Playtime brings together a group of artists at various stages of their careers with young people in a weekend of play and exploration. The aim is to be inspired by each other, work as professional and as an equal to the others artists, young and old, to find new stories and to tap into what it is to be a child in Bristol today.

Playtime weekend is Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th June and is held at Travelling Light Studio in Barton Hill.

The lead facilitator will be Saikat Ahamed (101 Dalmatians, Strictly Balti and Cinderella).

Fee: £100 per day (inclusive)

Travelling Light are looking to put together a group of 8 artists at different stages of their creative journeys whose working practice compliments one other and who are ready to work together collaboratively. We are looking to put together a mix of artists with a variety of skills, backgrounds and experiences but all with an ambition to make outstanding work with and for young people.
