Music Tour management, The International Music Exchange

TIME organises music tours, concerts and festivals across Europe for international youth and amateur choirs, bands and orchestras.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and driven individual to join our small team and help with the following areas:

- researching of hotels, venues and suppliers across Europe

- handling tour arrangements such as hotel bookings, transportation, sight-seeing and booking of concert venues, elaboration of itineraries

- promotion of concerts

- front of house assistance at local concerts and festivals

Essential requirements:

- educated to degree level (or equivalent)

- competent knowledge of French

- some experience in the travel & tourism industry

- an interest in classical music

Desired criteria:

- ability to play a musical instrument

- knowledge of a second language

- experienced traveller

- experience in social media & marketing OR graphic design

This is a part-time role (20 hrs per week) based in our office in Wells with some travel overseas and limited overtime expected in the event of local concerts/festivals.
