Growing the arts for Cornwall’s theatre

Do you have the vision, skills and experience to develop talent and creative involvement at Cornwall’s largest theatre venue? We are looking for an accomplished, creative and resourceful person to devise and lead strategies in education and talent development.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working at a high level in an arts organisation. They will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for education and community work and an inclusive,flexible approach.

The role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communication in order to grow audience development, through community participation and creative media.
